Wash the cranberries in a colander and drain the water off. Pour the cranberries into a food processor and pulse to coarsely chop. Then pour the chopped cranberries into a large bowl.
Peel and seed the oranges. Take the orange apart and place the sections in the food processor. Pulse until coarsely chopped into small pieces. Then pour the chopped oranges into the bowl with the chopped cranberries.
Stir the cranberries and oranges together in the bowl. Drizzle honey over top and mix it in to your desired level of sweetness.
This raw Cranberry Orange Relish should be stored in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
